Our workplace Coordinators aid you business in developing a truly holistic working environment for your staff, clients and visitors.

Responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to:

  • Event planning
  • Reservations, desk and room bookings
  • Promoting brand identity and corporate standards
  • Maintaining and inspection of audio / visual equipment

Facilities / Helpdesk Support

As well as our Front of House services, we are also able to offer facilities and helpdesk support functions.

This can be accomplished through our facilities assistants, who can serve as extensions of your existing facilities staff, or through total facility team management.

Alternatively, we provide helpdesk solutions that provide on-site or off-site first-line support via dedicated service employees.
