This individual will be responsible for leading growth both nationally and internationally across the group. Leading the way for sales activity and paving the future of the client.
The Group Sales Director will also be responsible for sales and marketing, consultancy, and engagement.

Skills and Experience
- A well networked ‘strategic sales player’ within the Security / Retail Sector
- A good knowledge in security software/hardware and solutions
- Able to manage their own business unit including a team of account and sales managers including marketing
- Entrepreneurial flair
- Wealth of experience within the retail, ecommerce, and corporate sector
- Solid experience in Bid and tender writing
- Great command of MS Office, Power BI, CRM and BRM tools
- Good knowledge of lead generation and digital marketing
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record of net new business wins
- Proven track record of net new business wins
- Extensive experience operating at a senior level i.e. Head of / Director Sales role
